Fleets on standby and awaiting command....

So tomorrow is the final day to decide whether you want to do Firestorm Armada or Warpath, as I'll be ordering everyone's respective fleet, so give them a final look over and be sure to pick one you'll enjoy!  If anyone has any questions regarding their fleet or the other fleets feel free to either comment here or shoot me an E-mail!

Consolidated Rules Sets

We know that not everyone is familiar with every game. I've begun creating a document concentrating the WP rules to make play go a little faster. The idea is to look at a section outlining specific aspects (Moving, Shooting, Melee, etc.) to help new players learn quickly. IF you'd like a copy ahead of Game Day please message me and I'll get that out as soon as I'm finished. HOWEVER keep in mind it's not ALL the rules...

Good afternoon (hopefully) currently we have a total player count of 10, I'm going to talk to CC and see if they'll open up the Rec Room for us to set up, play, and possibly spend the night.  Right now we have the fee at 15$ per player, this will allow us to get a prizes for the winning team, two meals for everyone, snacks, drinks, and enough to rent the fleets.

So far things are progressing well, although we still have some undecided players, we are getting everyone prepped and ready.  I'm going to try and have another meeting this upcoming Saturday, but we'll see how school pans out.

This Saturday's meeting

Hey,
To give everyone a chance to prepare for the meeting, we'll be discussing who is definitely willing to commit, what they want to play, and what race they are, that way I can get the shipping in as soon as possible to Spartan Games (as they are a European country, shipping will take at least 2 weeks) and so we can get teams sorted out. I've also posted the rules for both games directly from their respective websites on the "rules" page, feel free to check those out so you can get an idea of what each game is like!  For those of you not participating in our tournament, I'd still recommend checking those out, as they are both fun games to play with friends, family, or at your local gaming shop!

Meeting this Saturday

Hey to everyone who is participating in the Galaxy on Fire tournament and (hopefully) reading this,  I'm going to try and get everyone together for another meeting this Saturday at my house, we'll be meeting around 4-ish in the day and it will end at 5:30, call/e-mail me if you can't make it or if you need directions!
